An image of the sea and sky in Beirut with water-type droplets suspended from perspex. This work is in reference to the horizontal and vertical exent of state sovereignty. The delineation of coastal state maritime space - implemented through UNCLOS - along side airspace; an area to which there is no international agreement on the vertical limit of state sovereignty.
